Sumitomo electric 5# machine SE30D after debugging the origin, power on the s5 decoder abnormality alarm, release steps are shown below.
Warming up is completed. I/O check → Preparation mode (cut to change) → Release back after mold thickness (to the end).
Mold lock key + Alarm release key + Release key after mold thickness (press simultaneously for 2 seconds to release, the alarm will be released) → Preparation mode (cut with change) → Finish
Sumitomo i5/m5 alarm:
Mold lock + Injection key + Alarm release key (press and release for 10 seconds at the same time, then press the alarm release key a few more times)
Debugging the origin step, shot zeroing abnormal, many times after shutdown and restart to adjust the origin, shutdown (data saved), restart and now i5/m5 alarm, consider replacing the motherboard battery.
